As a courtesy to our patients, Dr. Norheim accepts assignment of insurance. We understand that insurance plans vary and may only be a supplement in meeting your dental needs. Dr. Norheim makes every effort to make decisions in the best interest of his patients, not the insurance companies. In order to better serve you, we provide you with an estimate of the portion that your insurance plan will provide.

If the entire New Balance is not paid within 60 days of the treatment date a finance charge will be added to the account, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%.

* If your time is precious to you and you prefer to save time rather than spending it making finical arrangement for every visit. This is the preferred payment option. The cost of your treatment is billed to your you credit card on file. If insurance is involved we collect no money at the time of your visit. Your portion is then automatically charged to you card.
